2024 Hill District Grandstand

Entry Information

Attention Exhibitors! Registration for the 2025 Hill District Grandstand Show opens on November 1, 2024. You can enter online for the Hill District Grandstand Show. Don’t worry if you have multiple exhibitors in your family, you’ll just need to complete the online entry process for each exhibitor individually. The entry fee is $35 per head, with a limit of 2 heads per market show.

Mark your calendars. The entry deadline for the Hill District Grandstand Show isΒ November 29, 2024. Make sure that CEAs andΒ AST have all Hill District Grandstand Entries approved for their club/chapter by midnight on December 6th.

​Late entries will be accepted for the Hill District Grandstand Show from November 30, 2024, through January 1, 2025, with a late fee of $100. Please note that entries may also be completed on the day of arrival for each respective division, but for $250.00 per entry.

Who can enter the Hill District Grandstand?

We have something exciting if you’re a dedicated youth involved in 4-H or FFA club/chapter! We welcome good-standing members from various Texas counties to participate.

These include Atascosa, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Comal, Concho, Crockett, Dimmitt, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Lampasas, Live Oak, Llano, Mason, Maverick, McCulloch, Medina, Menard, Reagan, Real, San Saba, Schleicher, Sutton, Upton, Uvalde, Val Verde, Wilson, and Zavala counties.

HEIFER, PUREBRED & CROSS-BRED GILT DIVISIONS:
